Well, Christmas is over, the 2 quarters from Hell are over, and it's a new year and another new beginning. Let's hope this one is better than the last. It's beginning better that's for sure. Mr. Thomas is teaching the Network Securities class and our Cisco class is mostly online, independent study. Our tests will be Cisco tests (non-Carter). I have more time this quarter. Hopefully I will get more done that I want to do, instead of only doing what I need to.
A week into the quarter and Carter still hasn't gotten us enrolled in our online gvtc tho. Surprised? no. Irritated? of course. Stay that way in her classes. But at least 4 days out of the week I will be able to be home by 12:30. That's wonderful after 2-3 quarters being there all day.
I got both my books today for my classes. Just one snag. I ordered paperback and the order invoice SAYS paperback, but that's not what I got. I got the delightful electronic version. I'm gonna roll with it. Complain and request my paperback I ordered, but keep this one till I do get it.
At least it is starting better than the last couple. Let's hope the rest of the year follows suit. Off to go do things I need, and wanna, do! woot!
